列車に乗り、モルテラッチ氷河ハイキングを目指して出発。
外に見える景色は、旅テレビでよく見るスイスの風景と同じ。
見とれていて、シャッター機会を逃し、あっという間に目的の駅に到着。
添乗員さんからハイキングは行って帰ってくる2時間コースの説明を受ける。
頑張ると氷河近くまで行けるかも？ と言われ、それを目指して早速スタート。
途中には氷河があった年が書かれてある柱が建っている。
確か、1800年の後半くらいから2000年位までは10年単位。
それ以降は5年単位で立っている。
初めは次の10年迄は結構な距離があったが、その距離は徐々に短くなり、温暖化が加速度的に進んだかが分かる。
そしてとうとう、これ以上進むと危険と表示があるとこ迄。
しかし、氷河の末端ははるか先。
国連事務総長が言った”地球は沸騰している”を実感。
バスや鉄道での観光名所めぐりだけでなく、アクティビティのハイクング。
なかなか良いプランだ。
その後は鉄道とロープウェイで、ディアボレッツア展望台へ。
ここからはアスプス５大名峰ピッツベルニナの雪山が望めるのだが、飽きてきたので山頂の鉄塔まで登って、そこにいた外人さんポッチと押してもらった。
妻は下で待機。
ロープウェイには自転車を乗せた二人組。
なんとここから自転車で下るのだ。
また、ここから遠くでパラグラーダーも見える。
今日は日曜日。スイスの人（多分）は休日を楽しんでいる。
いくら位でパラグライダーに乗れるのだろうか？。
当然二人乗りのインストラクター付だ。
今日のような天候なら乗れそうな気がするのだが・・・・・。
気持ちよさそう～。
標高が高い証拠に雪がまだ残っている。
しかし、快晴で風もないので爽快。
残りの観光はとうとう2日となってしまった。
ここまでは天候に恵まれたので、あと2日、雨だけは降らないで欲しい。
